Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (our terms, clause 7, give you 14 working days).

To cancel, email shop@bestimmuneint.com with your order number, or send us the form below. A clear message is enough; you do not have to use the form.

We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the goods are back with us or you have shown that you sent them. You pay the cost of sending them back.

For health and hygiene reasons, supplements whose tamper-evident seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Something wrong with your order? That is not a cancellation: email us and we will put it right.
